I believe I’ve mentioned this already but I feel like it’s worth sharing again because I’m absolutely in love with it. Chobani (any flavor) mixed with CHEERIOS!
If I could marry a breakfast
or lunch or dinner or snack food it would be this. FOR REALZ. yeah I just added a z. Everything’s better with a z on it. Including LOLZ, which I use frequently cause it sounds funny and cool and awesome all at the same time.
Back to my yogurt/cereal love affair… I highly suggest it. It’s quick, it’s simple, its GREAT. I sometimes add fresh fruit to it to make it exxxxtra derlishers.
Ok so not quite Cheerios, but if we’re being honest I’m not really eating Cheerios either. I buy the Honey Nut Scooters or Toast O’s or something like that and I’m not one bit ashamed ;). YAY FOR SAVING MONEY.
So, that’s my go-to breakfast, and sometimes snack. It has the cream/crunchy texture I adore and keeps me satisfied until my next meal.
I can say in all honesty that I go through at least one, if not two containers of greek yogurt a day. It’s a great source of protein, low in sugar and taste stinkin’ delicious. Plus I can get a case of it at Costco and save some monaaaay. hip hip.
In addition to my breakfast routine, I also add this little activity to the mix most days:
Can you tell what it is? It’s a ghetto-fab DIY version of a laptop desk. I tied an old large tupperware lid to the handles on my treadmill. Although it’s not the prettiest looking thing, Its fairly sturdy and get’s the job done!
I walk on the treadmill at an incline anywhere form 20-30 minutes every morning while reading blogs in my google reader (Laptop is displaying Katelyn @ Chef Katelyn’s blog in the picture!) It’s a wonderful way to start the day!
