Oatmeal with LOTS OF BERRIES!
Fun dip. It’s Valentine’s week. Duh.
Lots of piping hot coffee (is this okay in the eating category?)
Almond butter, coconut oil & sweet potato. My new favorite combo.
Five Workouts I Did:
It was a leg heavy week!
Monday– Ran 3 miles + 100 deadlifts (HOLY SMOKES my hammies were fried!)
Tues: This workout from CHAARG:
Weds: CrossFit — front squats & box jumps
Thurs: 2 mile run (ran my fastest mile of 2014!)
Fri: stretching/foam rolling
