What’s creamy, addicting and something that I could eat everyday?
ICE CREAM! No, not ice cream (well yes, but that’s not where I’m going with this)
What’s better than plain avocados (not much, I’ll tell ya!)…. AVOCADO FRIES. Crunchy, crispy and spicy on the outside, cool and creamy on the inside. Paired with a tangy cilantro-lime sauce and BOOM BABY, you’ve got a winner.
I made the bread crumbs using Rudi’s multigrain bread. Let me tell you, using slightly stale (or lightly toasted) bread and then pulsing it in the blender is the perfect way to make breadcrumbs. THE. PERFECT. WAY.
Make these for your next girls night, tailgate party OR if you’re just lounging around the house… because that’s totally what I did.
