This weekend Ian and I headed up to Evergreen for some fun! We knew we wanted to do something active, but weren’t exactly sure what!
We ended up renting paddleboards and goofing around on Evergreen Lake for about an hour. It was SO much fun. I haven’t been paddleboarding in ages, and it’s such a great total body workout. Plus, I can’t complain about being out on the water.
Before heading up, I knew I needed a breakfast that would fuel this fun little activity and not have me starving within an hour.
Enter: Silk Almond Milk with Protein and Fiber.
I drink almond milk on the reg, and usually add it into my smoothies. Now, I have nothing against regular milk, but I actually really like the flavor of almond milk!
Sunday morning I had Silk in a big bowl with some granola and blueberries. Oh, and a spoonful of PB on the side! Now that’s what I call breakfast!
Silk’s latest creation has added protein and fiber in it (5 grams of each), which makes for some serious staying power.
