I’ve had a love affair with Sierra Trading Post ever since I nabbed my favorite winter cap off their site last January. Not only are the deals killer to begin with, but they send out a TON of coupons through email and Twitter. So, I can usually snag something for a bazillion dollars off retail price AND pair it with a 40% off coupon. BINGO.
My mom is a sucker for good deals, so she always taught us how to look for steals growing up. Heck, she would even put receipts on the fridge and boast how much she’d save on trips to the grocery store (I promise she’s not a crazy coupon lady…). Hi Mom.
It’s no wonder that when I come home to package from STP or spend $100 on their store openings in Colorado (one in Denver + Fort Collins! Go, now!), I have my boyfriend play a guessing game of GUESS HOW MUCH I SAVED ON THIS PUFFY. I got it from my momma.
You like deals, I like deals. We all like playing outside and being active — right? So, I thought I’d share a few of my favorite STP finds that I’ve collected!
Note: This is NOT a sponsored post, nor are these affiliate links. They’re just a few of my favorite finds!

I first saw this hat on Heather, and fell in love with it! It’s super lightweight and keeps the hair out of my face while I’m hiking, boating or running errands. It’s my go-to hat when I don’t want to wash my hair. ha.
SO COMFORTABLE. I wear these shoes multiple times per week to work. Not only do they look more put together than flip flops, they are insanely comfortable and don’t smell (even though I wear them with barefeet).
I like having a small, handheld wallet versus a purse. My former wallet was a coach clutch, and it was a real pain when it came to finding cards. The Kavu wallet has a card organizer AND is the perfect size to hold my phone — double whammy.
I’ve been looking for a down jacket for about a year now, and didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg. I scored this Marmot hoodie for $40 (50% off, then I had $50 in STP credit), and it’s LIME GREEN. I’m excited to try it out this winter!
Oh… and sometimes they have awesome blogger events where we get to wear fake beards and see who can set up a tent in the shortest amount of time. I lose. But I do look pretty great with a beard.
Like I mentioned before, STP recently opend up stores in Denver + Foco. Good news for all of you CO kiddos! There’s a lot of good deals floating around those stores. Go get your gear on.
